Description
A showy, clump forming, perennial border plant with long lasting flower heads in shades of blue, purple or pink . Knautias make excellent cut flowers and look excellent in both naturalistic and more formal planting schemes. They are valuable to pollinating insects and have a very long flowering period especially if dead-headed regularly.
A hardy plant which should survive normal winter conditions outside, especially with protection from the hardest frosts. If grown in pots it is recommended to place in a sheltered position for the winter.
Supplied in a 9cm square pot with colour label.
