Description
Oxalis adenophylla is a compact, mound-forming, deciduous, bulbous perennial with grey-green leaves which are divided into numerous heart-shaped leaflets. The leaflets trap balls of water in their centres when watered giving the appearance of holding miniature crystal balls.
In late spring a succession of wide, funnel-shaped, purple-pink or pink flowers with white throats appear. Oxalis adenophylla flowers all summer long before dying back over the winter.
