Description
Salvia officianalis Aurea has attractive, evergreen, aromatic, variegated foliage. The light green leaves have yellow variegation. This is a great looking sub shrub with lavender-blue flowers. The leaves are edible and used in cooking.
The flowers are attractive to pollinating insects and this sage has been awarded the RHS Plants for Pollinators badge and The RHS Award of Garden Merit.
