Description
Eremurus isabellinus Pinocchio is a clump forming herbaceous perennial growing from a central point with fleshy roots. In spring rosettes of strap-shaped basal leaves appear followed by dense racemes of small star-shaped orange yellow flowers on erect leafless stems in June and July. As the plants age more stems are produced every year. All Eremurus make showy cut flowers.
One flowering size Eremurus isabellinus Pinocchio supplied in a large pot. When planting in the ground, please plant so the top of the soil in the pot is approximately 5cm (2″) below soil level. Although Eremurus do spread and bulk up we would recommend planting in groups of 3-5 for maximum impact.
