After a fantastic first market for us last week we will be returning to Spilsby this week. All our plants are hardy and grown hard in Lincolnshire. This means they quickly grow on once planted (as long as you remember to water them for the first few weeks if required).

We grow alpines, herbs and herbaceous perennials, many of which are excellent for pollinating insects. We have some unusual herbs including the fantastic ginger rosemary which combines the heat of ginger with the familiar rosemary taste. These two flavours compliment each other and give a beautiful flavour to tear & share breads, tagines and meat dishes (especially lamb).
